Multnomah Industrial Park

Multnomah Industrial Park is a 155-acre site zoned as Heavy Industrial. The site has four industrial buildings and a smaller office/storage building. 

The property is connected by Old Portland Road, an arterial road that connects to U.S. Highway 30 through a controlled railroad intersection. A rail spur bisects the site and connects to the Portland & Western rail line through the McNulty Creek Industrial Park. The site contains a dock and boat ramp, which connects to the Multnomah Channel, but is limited by the water depth for transporting large shipping vessels.
