Columbia County Developable Industrial Land Inventory

The Columbia County Industrial Land Inventory Project found 33 industrial sites with five or more developable acres available throughout Columbia County. The sites were analyzed for development readiness and grouped into three tiers: 

• Tier 1 Sites: Development ready within 6 months 
• Tier 2 Sites: Development ready in 7 to 30 months
• Tier 3 Sites: Requiring more than 30 months to be development ready

• Zoom in to the cities to view their available industrial sites (Scappoose, St. Helens, Columbia City, Rainier, and Vernonia)
• Click on icon in upper right corner to open the street map layer
• Click on a site to display pop-up information
• Use the "Site ID" number to look up the site in the Site Information Table for more property details
