Port Avenue Street Improvements

At the Milton Creek Industrial Park, the Port has steadily increased leased space over the years for one our strongest tenants, RainShadow Labs, a local producer of private-label personal care products. Most recently, we constructed an addition to one of the buildings the firm uses, to increase warehouse and storage space. As part of that effort, we committed to accomplishing various improvements to the adjacent street, including sidewalks, better drainage, parking strips, and ADA ramp, and landscaping. That work is now underway with completion by mid-February 2019.
