Multnomah Dock Repairs / Rebuilding Project

The last part of the Multnomah Industrial Park that needs renovation is the legacy dock, still reflective of its earlier use in the plywood mill days as a log and sawdust loading facility, and now in significant need of repair. Our tenant, Even Construction, uses the dock today to build premium floating homes. 

After professionally evaluating the condition of the dock, and its possible future uses, we are now in the final stages of a design process that we will soon take to bid. The scope of that work will be to demolish the most deteriorated parts of the dock, remove old unused machinery and structures, and renovate the existing concrete deck and fire system. We will be able to work around Even Construction’s ongoing operations, and provide them with a better, more usable, and safer facility when finished.
